What you need:
- 1 Scoop Beef Protein Isolate blue raspberry.
- 250ml Cold water.
How to prep:
- Combine both the protein and water in a shaker or blender until combined.
- Pour drink mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours.
- When cubes are frozen, place in a high powered blender until cubes are crushed into a slushy texture.
