Any fan of summer and that gorgeous gleaming sun knows, summer is complete without a nice ice cold drink. This slushie recipe not only delivers just that. It also comes packed with protein, win, win.

How to prep:

  1. Combine both the protein and water in a shaker or blender until combined.
  2. Pour the drink mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours.
  3. When cubes are frozen, place them in a high-powered blender until cubes are crushed into a slushy texture.
  4. Pour a slushy mixture into a glass and enjoy a new fun way to get your protein intake.
