Suggested Use
Purely Protein: Mix 1 level scoop (approx 30g) with 250-300ml chilled water.
Creatine Monohydrate: For a quick shot add 1 Tea Spoon (approximately 5g) to 70ml of chilled water and stir. Consume 1-2 serving shots per day.
