Suggested Use
Method Mass: Mix 3 scoops (180g) with 500 - 700ml of water or milk and shake well using a shaker bottle. Consume 1-3 servings daily, depending on your calorie requirements. For a more calorie-dense shake blend, 5 scoops (Method Serving - 300g) with 500-1000ml of water or milk.
Method serving is suggested for advanced users/gym-goers.
CNS Pre-Workout: Mix 1 heaped scoop (13g = 1 single serving) with 200ml of water. Consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. Do not use more than 1 scoop in a 24-hour period. Scoops are estimated only.
