Suggested Use
Anabolic Fuel: Add three heaped scoops (Approx. 150g) to 500ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well. For a lighter part serving add one scoop (Approx. 50g) to 175ml of water or milk with a meal. This product can be blended in a larger blender with fruit pieces where desired.
TX5 Pre-Workout:
We recommend using 1 scoop (12g) mixed in your shaker with 200ml of chilled water. Consume within 15 minutes before beginning your workout. Never consume more than 1 scoop within 24 hours.
First time using TX5: Consume a half scoop (6g) to gauge your tolerance.
